Millefiori -- the name means "a thousand flowers."
This journey begins with a needle and thread -- rayon floss, as beautiful as silk, but more durable and available in colors that are shaded, overdyed, solid or variegated -- and we'll use it to thread a path through dimensional embroidery stitches, flowers and anything else that comes to mind.
